The RHA Technical department offers comprehensive advice and guidance in all areas of vehicle technology and legislation. Working in partnership with various industry stakeholders including VOSA, DVLA, DfT and others, we have input at an early stage to proposed changes in legislation.

The RHA has a close working relationship with all vehicle and trailer manufacturers, resulting in the ability to highlight areas of concern with regards to vehicle warranty or maintenance provision. Ray Engley the Head of RHA Technical Services, also acts as Secretary to an elected Technical Committee which is made up of regional and specialist group members.
