Group aims to foster a sense of community, encourage professional development, and ensure the voices of younger members are heard & valued at all levels of the RHA.

Identify and discuss key concerns/challenges facing younger professionals in the road haulage and coach industry.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance industry practices, sustainability, and technology adoption.
Make suggestions around the action to take on flexible work/working conditions.
Facilitate networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for group members.
