Traffic Commissioners

RHA Legal Services - Backhouse Jones
The Backhouse Jones team will once again represent RHA Legal Services and this time will focus on the role of the driver, considering the question as to whether as an industry we are de-skilling or re-skilling drivers?

Their presentation promises to be fun and engaging as they look at where you are getting your drivers from, who are they – are they self-employed or employed, along with looking a whole host of other areas such as driver defect reporting, training and bridge strikes.

BPW Limited

BPW presents best practice service and maintenance procedures and compliance support for technologies like electronic brake performance monitoring systems (EBPMS) to monitor brake performance and load restraint to help driver safety and reduce the risk of health and safety infringements.

There will also be table-top displays from partners and associates
Copies of the presentations and an attendance certificate will be made available to all registered attendees.

Transport Regulation Unit (TRU)

The Department for Infrastructure implements the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.
