The Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) is a globally respected chartered body that champions the highest workplace standards of health and safety. If you are responsible for managing health and safety risks at work, this course will enable you to manage your duties more effectively.
The flexible new high impact programme covers all the main health and safety issues and is designed to give managers all they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their teams.
There is a 45-minute written assessment, consisting of 30 questions in a variety of formats, and a standard project which comprises of a workplace risk assessment. The project must be completed within two weeks of the end of the course.
Fire Manager
Course Length: 1 Day
Course Content: 2 Modules: Fire Marshall Duties, Managing Fire Risk.
This one-day Fire Manager course allows anyone in management or supervisory roles to minimize fire risk in the workplace, improve your fire safety culture and initiate staff involvement to improve the workplace. By attending you will be able to integrate fire safety as part of day-to-day management, understand your responsibilities for fire prevention, assess fire risks and adopt fire safety good practice. Successful candidates will be issued with a RHA fire manager certificate of competence following assessment.
