Managing Road Fleet Operations
Course Length: 1 Day In Class, Online or in company
Course Content: 3 Module: Maintenance Operations, Maintenance Records and System audits.
Whether you carry out your own vehicle maintenance or contract it out, this course will make it easier for operators to protect their O licence. Suitable for both road haulage and passenger operations, this training will help ensure you remain compliant and help you on your way towards earned recognition status with DVSA.
Aimed at fleet managers, workshop administration personnel, supervisory staff, or those with
responsibility for the vehicle maintenance system, the course will equip attendees with vital skills to reduce vehicle down time. including preventative maintenance and O Licence obligations, based on the DVSA Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness.
Transport Administrator
Course Length: 1 Day In Class, Online or in company
Course Content: 3 Modules: Transport Operations, Fleet checks, People checks.
This is the perfect course for transport clerks, office administrators, record keepers and transport supervisors as well as those who wish to one day take the transport manager exams. It gives a full overview and working examples of essential record keeping requirements and procedures under the Vehicle Operator Licence Legislation.
The course covers tachograph record keeping, MOTs, licence checks, CPC Qualifications, basic vehicle maintenance and roadworthiness. It also includes the importance of walk around checks and OCRS scoring as well as how to deal with prohibitions and convictions.
Managing Drivers Hours Regulations
Course Length: ½ Day
Course Content: 1 Module: Managing Drivers Hours in Transport Operations.
For those involved in transport planning or supervision who need to improve their knowledge and interpretation of the driver’s hours regulations. Candidates will be given a complete overview of driver’s hours, working time and record keeping regulations. The course includes practical elements ensuring that candidates understand the most common infringements and how they occur before dealing with them.

Managing Digital Tachographs
Course Length: ½ Days
Course Content: 1 Module: Managing the Digital Tachograph System.
Essential for transport managers, supervisors and operational staff who have responsibility for the control of vehicles fitted with digital recording equipment. Candidates will be given a thorough overview of the tachograph's functionality and different operating modes and be shown how to interpret printouts and the results of analysis.
