Van firms must not be penalised for decarbonising - RHA tells The Financial Times

Firms shouldn’t be penalised for current 'electric vehicle' (EV) van targets the RHA has told media. 

Infrastructure availability and limits on current capability are real obstacles preventing full use of EV vans and must be addressed. 

Senior Policy Lead Chris Ashley told The Financial Times that, “Unless the limitations of EV vans are overcome, operators will have little incentive to bring these vehicles into their fleets."

To avoid the risk of the EV transition stalling, we want the Government to accelerate investment in energy infrastructure across the country.
